bianca brunner

i was seduced by an image by swiss photographer bianca brunner on someone's flickr page but i can't find much more information about her. she doesn't have her own website (which isn't all that uncommon for a fine art photographer), but there does seem to be some buzz about her as an emerging artist as her name comes up all over the place in a google search. good luck finding more images though. in the images i did find, brunner hits her subjects with an eerie bright flash that leaves these heavy ominous dark spaces in the background and in doing so she creates a very palpable sense of tension.
